# From 10 Percent to 65 Percent

What a flywheeling appointment request flow actually looks like, and what produces the difference.

Chase Hanson

Founder, Marketing Party

Ten to fifteen percent. That is the appointment request conversion rate most wellness businesses are running when they come to Marketing Party. A hundred people submit a lead form and ten to fifteen book. In observed full-menu client systems, that number has moved into the forty to sixty-five percent range — not through better ads, but through a different front door.

## What produces the difference

The gap is not the ad creative, the targeting, or the headline on the landing page. It is the infrastructure between the lead arriving and the appointment getting booked. Most wellness businesses run a lead form that feeds a CRM that a human checks when they have time. The lead arrives. It sits. Follow-up happens hours later. By then the patient has moved on.

## Response time and the conversion path

The first thing that changes in a system converting at sixty-five percent is response time: the initial response is automatic and immediate, and it is a real response that starts a conversation, answers the first obvious question, and makes the next step easy. The second is the conversion path. A lead form that sends someone to a generic thank-you page is not a conversion path. A conversion path walks the patient from initial interest through everything they need to feel confident booking, in the right sequence, with the right friction at each step.

## Sixteen doors instead of one

When the full system is working, appointments come in through multiple entry points instead of one service and one channel. Sixteen different ways into the business, all tagged in one system. When operators see that for the first time, they realize they have been marketing one door when they have sixteen of them.

## Conclusion

The lift did not come from changing the ad. It came from changing the front door — one built to catch demand across the full menu instead of forcing every patient through the same offer. That is a different business, not a marginal improvement.
